For this 2-bedroom apartment build, the client desired a striking exterior aesthetic that blends traditional craftsmanship with unique architectural elements. We moved beyond standard finishes to incorporate heavy, ornate plaster moldings around the fenestration and sculpted custom geometric relief patterns directly into the boundary walls. Paired with a vibrant red pitched roof, the resulting structure is a testament to our team's dedication to specialized, handcrafted construction techniques.

Exterior Finishing & Detailing

While we handled the complete structural build, the highlight of this project was the intricate exterior finishing phase. Our skilled plaster artisans meticulously sculpted heavy classical window surrounds and complex geometric wall murals on-site. The property is enclosed by both these sculpted walls and customized breeze block screens that provide ventilation and privacy. Finally, the structure was crowned with a durable, high-visibility red metal roofing system, installed with precision by our expert roofing team.
