This project demonstrates that smaller footprints do not require a sacrifice in quality or aesthetic appeal. We executed a full-cycle build for a single room self-contained unit, starting from deep, heavily reinforced concrete footings to ensure long-term structural stability. As the build progressed, our focus shifted to superior masonry and rendering, ensuring the exterior was not only weatherproofed but beautifully detailed with custom plaster moldings.

From Foundation to Fine Finishes

The construction phases were meticulously planned and executed. We began with deep trench excavations and the installation of robust reinforced concrete column footings. As the blockwork went up, our masonry team began the extensive rendering process, applying durable stucco finishes to the exterior walls. To elevate the unit's curb appeal, we sculpted heavy, classical plaster surrounds for all fenestration and constructed a secure, decorative boundary wall featuring custom pillars and integrated metal railings.
